“Great customer service”
Great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Special shout out to Maureen Ellis of the house cleaning crew for helping out and going above and beyond helping the customers. The front is great don't hesitate to ask for anything they will get it done.

“Average Hotel Stay”
The hotel is dated and needs remodeling and updating the furniture and appliances. The carpet is badly stained and worn/torn in areas.

I stay at this property often because I have family that lives in Albany. The front desk staff is typically very friendly and hospitable. “Hit or miss”
Hit or miss hotel. Sometimes the rooms are quite dirty, sometimes they are passable. Can tell that owners don’t go out of their way to maintain the rooms to a high standard.
