This hotel has incorporated many nice updates that are modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We picked this because it was very convenient to multiple places that we needed to visit (Sandy Springs, Duluth). The service was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping, to room service. We ordered from from the in-house restaurant a couple of times and all was great. The breakfast was mostly good, but note that there is not an expansive buffet section as with other Embassys. That was a bit limiting for us, but we can definitely recommend any of their cooked-to-order items (omelettes, etc.) as those were all great. The offerings at the evening reception are on the cheap side. No hot items. Just cheese, crackers, chips, veggies & dip, salsa, etc. The Embassy reception is one of the top draws that you have. You should really offer more. No complaints about our room, as it was clean & quiet, with comfy beds. Pet-friendly, as we took our dog and had plenty of room to walk and "do business". We would stary here again

“Forgotten phone could have led to disaster”

I forgot my work cell phone in the room early in the morning. Upon calling the front desk they ran up to my room and retrieved my phone. I asked is it would be possible to ship my phone to me. I forgot my work cell phone in the room early in the morning. Upon calling the front desk they ran up to my room and retrieved my phone. I asked is it would be possible to ship my phone to me. Courtney was amazing by 10 AM I have a picture of the box my phone was in. She looked up my profile and got my home address. made me feel so at ease and did not have to check back once to make sure things were progressing

I stayed at this hotel in suburban Atlanta, GA USA the last few days and, overall, had a good stay. The hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located, ample parking, I was welcomed upon entering, check-in went smoothly, no one helped me with my luggage up to my room, my room was good, not great, the hotel is a bit dated, the elevators are slow and dark, wall paper is peeling off, the doors in my room were not cleaned the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows, the bathroom was very good, nice shower, the main room needs to add lighting, the walls of the room were quite thin so I could hear and was bothered by noise on either side of my room (noise level), the free WiFi worked well, the free buffet breakfast was very good, made-to-order eggs, good coffee and plenty of different kinds of seating, the hotel environment was relaxing, the restaurant served dinner starting at 5pm, but did not serve lunch. All employees were friendly and did a good job.

“I felt that this location was not worth the price.”

This Embassy Suites is a bit dated and it did not live up to the standard of other Embassy suites I have stayed at. The staff was nice, and the room was clean, but the carpet was worn, and the bathroom was clearly dated.
