Travelled in from Europe for a few days business and whilst I had average expectations, these were greatly exceeded by the staff. “Okay, but I've stayed at better Hamptons.”
Rooms were supposed to be cleaned after 2 days but weren't. Ran out of soap and toilet paper. Had to go find someone to restock.
