This is by far the BEST Hilton brand hotel I have stayed in — full stop! 🛑 I travel for work, which means I spend a large part of my year in hotels. I am very loyal to Hilton brands, and I have experienced many wonderful properties. But Home2 Suites Mall of Georgia in Buford truly exceeded every expectation. First, the hotel itself is immaculately clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest feels at home. When you stay here, you can tell that hospitality is not just a job — it’s a culture. Now let’s talk about breakfast… because this is where things go from great to unforgettable. Most hotels serve breakfast, and it’s usually nice and convenient. But here? Breakfast is an experience. The area is always spotless, the food is fresh, and every self-serve item is consistently stocked. The coffee is hot, fresh, and ready when you are. But the true star of the show is Miss Maria. Miss Maria is the breakfast sandwich artist who greets guests each weekday morning with the warmest smile and the kindest spirit. Watching her work is like watching a master at her craft. She prepares fresh, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches with incredible care and pride. You can choose from warm biscuits, croissants, potato bread, or ciabatta (my personal favorite!). Then Miss Maria builds your sandwich with delicious combinations of eggs, cheeses, bacon, sausage, chicken sausage, ham, or chicken patties. Everything is fresh, warm, and perfectly assembled. And the best part? She wraps it up so beautifully that you can grab it on your way out the door, heading to work with a hot breakfast in hand. But what truly makes Miss Maria special is her spirit. She sends every guest off with a smile, kindness, and a little bit of joy that makes your day start better. By the time you leave the breakfast area, you’re not just full — you’re in a good mood. “Unsatisfied with misinformation”

The room was great, the check-in process is the only issue I had, I arrived at the hotel late, and not able to place a reservation a head of time, due to the online system not working and the phone services to make reservations not working aswell. The room was great, the check-in process is the only issue I had, I arrived at the hotel late, and not able to place a reservation a head of time, due to the online system not working and the phone services to make reservations not working aswell. When I arrived the young lady at the counter stated hat she did not have access to add my discount, and that I would have to call the 1800 number after my stay to get reimbursed for the portion that was supposed to get discounted. Once I did that, and called, they stated that it was too late to add on, and I should have done it before check out. I explained to them I was told differently, but got nothing done about the miscommunication and wrong information given to me. I need a resolution, I do not whom else I can contact about this issue.
