“Unsatisfied Customer”
The paying extra for breakfast with booking was misleading. My husband presented the card before I could tell him the breakfast was included in booking fee. The attendant states he was going to take the charge off. It still hasn’t been removed. We did not have body wash or shampoo in the room. We w… more

“Overdue”
Other than the lobby, the hotel is way overdue to renovations and updates. Worn carpets, wallpaper peeling off, cracked tile in shower, no water pressure, and A/C had a hard time keeping room cool.

“Needs refurbishing”
Entire property has become worn and dated. Needs refurbishing to make it meet Marriott’s standards. Staff was friendly and helpful but I will stay elsewhere in the future.

“Great staff, less great room experience”
This hotel is conveniently located near the mall and several restaurants and easily drivable to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, one and all. The room was not up to the usual excellence of Marriott properties, one of the lamps was broken, the door had a "trick" to it to get it to close… more
