Location: The hotel is wonderfully located on the Kauais Royal Coconut Coast, around 100 m from Waipouli beach and the beach complex of the hotel. Located right by the building, guests will find the famous Coconut Market place with shops, family-friendly restaurants and a film theatre. Within a short drive, towards the north, guests will reach the rustic town of Kapa'a, where there are plenty of markets, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and art galleries. This hotel is located around 20 minutes from Lihue airport.

“Not good, not bad.”
Good, but older. Not a lot of updates. Gets the job done well enough though. Would I recommend it? No. Would I dissuade anyone? No.

“Central to everything”
Plantation Hale in Kapaa is centrally located for those exploring the whole Island; east coast, north coast, south coast and Waimea canyon all within an hour drive or so. “Great location, old condo.”
This condo is in dire need of updates. The kitchen is bare-bones, the bathroom fan is extremely loud, and dirty clothes are left in the closet. That being said the location was great for exploring both ends of the island.
