“Great Location, Historic Vibe”
At great location, right next to Millennium Park and Chicago Bean, and several other attractions. Reception was great, they offered early check in and late check. “Location, location, location”
Awesome hotel in a great location! Front desk and valet were very helpful, and they sent up a surprise tray of sweet treats for our anniversary! Only complaint is that they seem to book as many corporate events as possible in the shared spaces so we didn’t get to enjoy the drawing room and game roo… more

“Upscale, clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff”
We went during the week with me and my 2 teenagers. The rooms are well appointed, very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The building is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of common space to just hang out and relax. The only downside was the lack of access to some of the games tab… more
