“Repeat customer”
You can't beat the location of The River Hotel. It is close to so many things that make Chicago a wonderful place to visit. The historic hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff are fantastic! This was my 4th visit to Chicago and I've stayed here each time. I'll be back!

“Birthday trip”
Room for as clean , bed very comfortable, housekeeping cleaned everyday, I love the refillable water stations on the higher floors staff was very courteous and helpful also pleasant and arrived earlier than check in time and our room was clean and ready to check in what a great time we had in Chica… more

“Great stay, just air wasn’t cold”
The two bedroom suite was great, lots of room. The only negative was that the air conditioner wasn’t cold, despite setting it to the lowest possible. It never got cooler than 70.
