The pros: Great location. Easily walkable to lots. Friendly and attentive front desk staff who are very centered on customer service. Front desk delivered requested items to room quickly. The room was clean and spacious. Nice gym with lots of equipment. Fast elevators. The cons: My weirdest complaint is kind of my own fault. There was a mixup with our booking and we were originally out in the wrong kind of room. When I went downstairs to have them change our room they asked if we minded an ADA shower. I envisioned a roll in shower. What we actually got was a shower so small you couldn’t move in it. There was a rear mounted fold down bench taking up space on the back wall. The shower gel, etc was mounted in the middle of the wall. In the front there were shower bars. Then side of the shower where the faucet is was a handheld mounted shower head. It stuck out about 6”. With all of these pieces there was a spot in the middle you could stand and barely turn around rubbing on the shower curtain. Aside from that, the hotel isn’t newly renovated. There are chips, dings and scratches. The bathroom a vanity was tiny. The pool is very small. For some weird reason there was a lot of vocal noise heard in the bathroom, but not the bedroom. The towels are thin and not at all absorbent. We were constantly waiting on the valet service.

The location is fantastic, the Starbucks inside is very convenient, and a parking lot is connected. Don't put your car on the Valet at all. Took me half an hour to get my car when I asked for it. Park it on your own. Rooms are not cleaned every day. So, remember that convenience is the only diff… more

The location is fantastic, the Starbucks inside is very convenient, and a parking lot is connected. Don't put your car on the Valet at all. Took me half an hour to get my car when I asked for it. Park it on your own. Rooms are not cleaned every day. So, remember that convenience is the only differential; all the rest is TOO basic.

We arrived at the hotel and used the valet service. They were all very nice to us. The staff was also very nice. The rooms are clean. The decor is rather dull and dark, especially when you are surrounded by other buildings. The room is clean and has almost everything you need except a microwave. TV is fine, but the bathroom has some issues; the toilet is made for a toddler, the tub is so deep that it is hard to get a leg over, and the light above the sink needs to be much brighter. This is probably a bargain hotel. It was full! And we would really appreciate free coffee in the lobby.
