“Much needed rest during flight issues”
Ended up here at 3am after a canceled flight and in desperate need to ice my swollen/injured knees and get some good rest. Abby at the front desk was truly a life saver and made sure I had everything needed to recover before continuing to the next flight. Thank you Abby!

“Great O'Hare Area Hotel For Travel”
We stayed with the Park and Fly option for a long trip to Hawaii. This hotel was conveniently located with a prompt shuttle to O'Hare airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with no noise issues. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I will definitely stay here again!
