“Great time at the Four Seasons Chicago”
The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago is a beautiful place to celebrate one’s engagement. The staff is second to none. They surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which added to our festivities. Thank you for making our stay so special !

From early check in through check out, my family was impressed with the service. “Good Hotel, There are Better in Chicago”
Nice hotel for the right price. Rooms can be small and some have different bathrooms. Rooms can look a bit dated. Service was good but nothing outstanding. Connection to mall is very convenient especially for food court.
