“Catching a show”
Perfect location! We came for Hamilton and if you are catching a show this couldn't be better!!! Also so walkable to many shops and museums. The room was clean and well stocked.

“Great hotel, great hospitality from Warren”
Warren was so welcoming and helpful to us at checking in. Warren met us at the door we were traveling with a baby. He made sure we had the pack and play for our baby to sleep. “Family fun in Chicago”

“Hampton Inn in a Historic Building”
In Chicago for wedding and this hotel was just 6 blocks from the Union League Club so quite convenient. Very attentive staff and very clean rooms. I appreciated housekeeping servicing my room during my stay.....I think you have to ask but the housekeeper asked me if I wanted service so I said yes. … more

“Not great”
Our visit started with a rude, demeaning receptionist. For early check in they wanted $25, but checking our bags was free, so that’s what we did. The rooms were clean and nice. At check out, the next morning the elevators were quite a wait.
