“Comfort, Convenience, and Great Service at O’Hare”
Amazing room with very comfortable beds. The location was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. We had a connecting room, which gave our teen children their own space—such a plus. “Find Joey if you can ✨”
We stayed here during a short stop in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. Specifically want to call out the absolutely fabulous Joey in the hotel lobby who was such a spark of joy during our trip! The kindness and sparkliest lady ever!

“Enjoyable”
The room was overall very good, I particularly liked the bathroom and shower. My only note would be the light switches were a little confusing. Otherwise everything was perfect!

“Great location for an early morning flight”
Great location for an early morning flight. Literally a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Room was comfortable but needs a refurb as it is quite outdated but again our room was fine but not luxurious.
