“Great stay!”
I ended up staying here after another hotel let me down and I’m so pleased I did! This hotel is very nice, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay, and it’s in great location.

“Pleasant stay in Downtown Chicago.”
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location was convenient for getting around downtown Chicago. Rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping staff was accommodating. The attached restaurant had good selections and a friendly and courteous staff.

“A nice hotel in the Chicago loop”
The hotel is beautiful the bar off the hotel lobby is fantastic the food is delicious. The only issue I had was the front desk agent initially could have been a little bit more nice and attentive, and in my opinion the beds are too low to the ground.
