“10/10 recommend”
This was my first time at this hotel. Check-in was quick and friendly. Location was excellent for my needs. Room was comfortable and quiet! Overall, excellent experience.

“Island of Peace in a busy city!”
Fantastic views, large, comfortable rooms, overall cleanest hotel I've ever seen. Hyatt Place us my preferred hotel and this is where I will stay whenever I return to Chicago! THANKS to all of the wonderful staff!

“A great stay in Chicago's Loop!”
Our stay was simply perfect other than the day my husband's varicose vein burst while he was in the shower at the hotel. The bleeding was non stop. My frantic call to the front desk was acted upon immediately. They called 911 which enabled me to put a tourniquet on his leg til paramedics and fire d… more

“Top Tier Experience”
It was excellent! I enjoyed this wonderful place and friendly customer service. Julian, in particular, offered us many guidance on great food and places to visit and activities to do. Everything and everyone were exceptional.

“Excellent experience all around”
Hyatt Place Downtown provides an excellent hotel experience in downtown Chicago. The staff is excellent at all levels. At reception, Brandon and Lucia, with whom we dealt, were super.
