Great Hotel with excellent customer service! Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with nice views of the city, and a really fun roof top deck. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.

The hotel staff are so friendly and the property is clean. It has about a 3-4 block walk to the Division train station which can get you downtown or to O'Hare airport. The gym is spacious and has a Peloton bike. If you are tall...you will love the shower height! I know...a little detail...but a… more

Amazing hotel very easy for being downtown Chicago to get in and out of valet parking was wonderful hotel was so clean and comfy. Loved the fresh baked cookie waiting for me when I entered my room and the two complementary bottles of water
