When I first came to Kinzie Hotel, I was greeted by James at the front desk. He was so welcoming and he made me feel right at home. Location fairly easy to find, great in relationship to other sites and activities. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Jonny Smith was very kind, patient and helpful at the hotel and great suggestions to eat.
