This was our first time in Chicago and our 2nd hotel to visit. First vibe was lovely reception entrance and friendly staff. “Enjoyable stay”
Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent location. Reception was efficient at check in & out. You do have to pay an additional $500 security deposit. Suite was huge.
