“Love my Westin hotels!”
I booked this Westin for a business trip. Unfortunately it was too cold to sight see but there were plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The staff were kind and helpful. “Excellent customer experience”
Amazing customer experience. Staff here is outstanding, especially the front desk manager and food and beverage manager. Great location and excellent service.

“False Advertising on Bed Size”
Disappointing and misleading. We specifically booked a king room, only to find that the bed was actually a queen. “LOUD”
I don't know how anyone stays at this hotel or any hotel in this area. It is non-stop ambulance or firetruck sirens all day and night - loud wailing sirens. And I'm on a high floor.
