“Nice stay”
I love the Westin, but for some reason, I feel this particular property fell short. While I appreciated the familiar lovely scent of the hotel and the fact that the room was clean, it feels this needs a refresh. The hallways felt dark and the doors looked old. “Location 10/10; hotel needs update”
Worst hotel bed ever. It squeaked constantly and was mushy. Isnt the Westin supposed to have heavenly beds? Room was spacious but showed major signs of wear - chipped paint on all furniture etc. Location is fabulous but won’t stay there again until they update the rooms.
