“Comfortable bed”
Our king room was comfortable. The bed was firm. The sink was outside the bathroom area which I like so two people can get ready at the same time. “Good hotel - disappointed in billing”
Clean and comfortable. It is not located off of I-72 - it is in the shopping area of Jacksonville. Many stores in the area. Used the pool - very refreshing. Good selection of breakfast items. Large TV - it is a smart TV - and I even figured out how to use it! Onlt problem with billing - I mad… more

“Room ok , housekeeping needs to knock before entering”
Air conditioner and refrigerator took forever to cool down..housekeeping didn't knock and just walked in hour before checkout time which is unacceptable
