I had a nice stay. The room was clean and had a nice view. There is not much in the immediate vicinity, but they have a shuttle which is awesome. Aaron specifically was wonderful, seemed to be doing everything, front desk, bellman, shuttle driver. Breakfast was good too and the lady that works breakfast is so nice. I do feel that while the food is reasonably priced, the drinks at the bar are overpriced for a category 1 Hyatt. You can get cheaper drinks at nearly any other Hyatt in Chicago, including The Thompson (category 5), the Hyatt Regency Chicago (category 4), or the rooftop at the Lincoln (category 3). If I could recommend one change it would be to have a good happy hour like most other Hyatts.

I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lisle multiple times, and it continues to be my first choice in the area. The hotel is consistently great, well-maintained, and offers a reliable experience every time. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location with easy access to the highway, making it perfect for both business and quick getaways. The hotel is also very clean and always smells fresh, which makes a great first impression. The only minor downside is that the bathrooms could use a bit of updating, but overall it’s still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the Lisle area.

“Hyatt Expectations….Red Roof Inn Reality”

Our 1st room 1204 had a broken bed frame upon check in. Our 2nd room 1103 had a leaking sprinkler head. We didn’t ask to be moved again because we had an event to get to and I was tired of lugging items from 11 floors up back to the lobby and back up again. The hot tub was permanently closed and not working and that was not noted anywhere online. The “breakfast buffet” was lack luster considering the price that you pay. No bacon, no French toast or pancakes, 1 type of potato & eggs and waffles with a sad looking piece of ham was all you could get with substance. The room across from ours had paint splattered all over the door and looked like it was left mid renovation and you could see it from the outside. The bed descriptions online need to be updated to state “room includes 2 twin beds and 1 pull out couch” no way would 2 small adults been able to sleep in one of those “double beds”. Because of this the pull out couches are clearly getting more use than average and the mattresses are disgusting and need replaced. There were areas of the hotel that had roof leaks that were blocked off in the main lobby and it appears that you photographed a few of the “Good Parts”. For a hotel with the Hyatt name one would have expected a little better condition even though it is near the Airport it should still be maintained. I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn and had a better breakfast and accommodations. Also, when I went down to grab an evening snack since there was no room service there was an obviously tired guest who had just checked in and had to come all the way back down with all her stuff because the room they had given her was ALREADY occupied 😳….
