“Excellent front desk staff.”
Maggie at the front desk was very polite and professional. When I let her know there was a problem she addressd it quickly. I will stay here next time I am in Mt Prospect.

“Good Experience”
This is our go-to hotel for visiting relatives in the Des Plaines area. It is centrally situated with Costco right next door and restaurants close by. “Great Hampton”
April 2025 stay. Very nice Hampton. Highly recommend. Very clean. Rooms could use a little updating, but were clean. Great Hampton. Like the ability to walk to near by places to eat.

“Excellent Hampton ”
Excellent Hampton experience. Friendly hard-working staff. Stayed on 4th floor, zero noise, clean room, big TV - get a suite, worth couple extra bucks, wet bar with fridge microwave. Breakfast one of the best we've had at a Hampton. Walk to restaurants and shopping.
