I’ve recently stayed at this hotel for about a week and had mixed experiences. While the property itself is relatively new, the overall service left much to be desired. Throughout my stay, I encountered minimal staff interaction, with only the front desk personnel visible. It was surprising not to see any managers. The housekeeping staff until the final days of my visit, which made the experience feel somewhat impersonal. The housekeeping staff, while presumably competent, did not present a professional appearance, often wearing mismatched sweats instead of uniforms. The head housekeeper’s demeanor was less than welcoming, and I observed instances where garbage and dirty towels were left unattended in the hallways. The suite itself had some design flaws. The curtain divider between spaces was ineffective, offering little privacy, and the bathroom door did not latch properly, which could be uncomfortable for guests sharing the room. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Parking was convenient and not overly crowded, which was a plus. The breakfast offerings were decent, consistently stocked, but lacked variety. The hotel seems to prioritize cost-cutting in certain areas, which was noticeable. The gym facilities were a highlight of my stay, providing a good workout experience. However, the pool, advertised at 82 degrees, felt cooler, more in the 70s. Overall, while my stay was acceptable, there are several areas for improvement. I would consider returning if needed, but I hope for better service and amenities in the future.
