Lovely hotel, clean and accommodating. Have stayed here several times and never had an issue. There wasn’t a concert this round during my stay so it was very quiet. The king rooms are spacious with a separate couch area with a TV so you aren’t stuck with just a bed for sitting. Shower pressure was great, which is a rarity!

“Graduation stay”

Conveniently located, clean. Towels could be thicker! Very comfortable beds and pillows! We came to celebrate a graduation.

Surprised to find this motel online and to physically find it out in the Indian countryside. GPS brought us from Huntington to Nobelsville via state roads and we literally came from seeing vast fields and big tractors to BOOM our inn, shopping and dining. Surprised to find this motel online and to physically find it out in the Indian countryside. GPS brought us from Huntington to Nobelsville via state roads and we literally came from seeing vast fields and big tractors to BOOM our inn, shopping and dining. This Wyndham is clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom smelled good, appeared wiped and sanitized, the bed linens were smooth, very comfortable and tucked tightly, the couches and carpet were clean even in the corners and there were plenty of bathroom linens. When visiting our family or shopping at the outlets, I definitely want a room at this Wyndham.

This was our first stay at a Wyndham and was hoping for a fantastic stay. Sadly that was not the case for us. The hotel itself sits in a desirable area near Hamilton Town Center Shopping area and Ruoff Music Center. Because of this, the rates can fluctuate. The night we stayed (a Friday), we spent $327 for a King Bed Suite for one night. We booked well.in advance and no issues doing so. The only exception would be the rewards member program. I tried on many occasions to log in unsuccessfully and even attempted to reset my password. The site said they would send a link to do just that, but I never received it. However I did receive a message months ago with my account number and I did offer it during check-in and the service desk team member annotated it at that time. The hotel itself looks great from the outside but appears dated inside, particularly the room that we checked into. Nothing overwhelming, but noticeable... wallpaper coming unglued, Knicks here and there in the bathroom, etc. The first problem we experienced was the hotel has two elevators but only.one was operating at the time. The hotel in only four stories and we were staying on the 2nd floor, which usually is not an issue. However my wife suffers from a handful of medical issues which makes using stairs inconvenient and painful. That weekend there appeared to be a boy's baseball tournament in town because there were many players at the hotel. There was also a sold-out concerts at Ruoff as well. So it was a pretty bad time to lose one of the elevators. But these things happen. We checked into the room and noticed there was some standing water on the bathroom floor. At first we thought perhaps there was a leak, but in the end, it was from housekeeping mopped the floor. It was an easy fix after we caught one of the housekeeping employees and they offered us an extra towel to dry the bathroom entry. Later on, we went out for the evening and returned late (after midnight). The bar in the hotel was.open and they were serving food, so we ordered some apps to take to the room. Once we collected the food, we made our way up to our room. After using the key card to unlock the door, we attempted to open the.door to the room and the sliding bar lock inside had somehow slid over and locked us out of the room. I made my way down to report it.to the front desk and they contacted the maintenance worker on duty. Shortly thereafter he arrived and attempted to open the door with a special tool several times, probably much to the delight of our "neighbors" as it was now approaching 1:00 AM. After quite a few attempts he ended up having to removed the device using a hammer and screwdriver. Once we got back into the room, we finished up the apps and my wife then decided ro call down and ask for a late checkout because we were stuck out in the hall for around an hour. She spoke with a man at the front desk and he seemed reluctant to give us the extra hour because MGK was having his concert at Ruoff that night (Saturday) and they needed to turn the room over for the next reservation. But he relented and said that he would give us the hour. In the end, we decided to get up and checked out at 9:30 that morning. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the stay because it was definitely not worth what it cost. I do however, want to thank the lady that checked us in. She was still there when we returned and was helping take orders at the kitchen when we returned. So it was a very long day for her. And I also want to thank the maintenance worker who worked diligently to get us back into the room. If not for those two, I would have certainly dropped the rating down. Hopefully these were just anomalies and not the standard.
