“Perfect Couples Getaway!”

“Wonderful Experience and Customer Service”
I made a really dumb mistake when I made our reservations here that could have been very costly. They discovered the error and fixed it for me without my even having to ask for a resolution. “Way above my pay grade.”
Very nice hotel. Check in staff was super friendly and polite. Informed us how to get to Lucas above ground (however there was a convention set up so we had to walk the last big) Rooms were (at least 615) huge. Tons of space for a downtown unit.
