“Huge Rooms, Nice People.”
This hotel has a good downtown Indianapolis location. The rooms are easily twice if not three times as large as the rooms in most other downtown type hotels in other cities, with both a large living room and a large bedroom. “Great Hilton Suites check in and valet, bag delivery experience.”
Britain was my valet helper, he was fast, kind and helpful. Really good kid, working hard. He and the other valet parked my car, and brought all my stuff up to my room quickly.

“Great staff and spacious rooms.”
The valet staff, the front desk and everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I got upgraded upon arrival and had a wonderful room with a work area and bedroom. Having to do work in my room was a pleasure and the bed was very comfortable.

“Good hotel, needs better heat in the rooms”
Text: Rooms are very spacious. Front desk team very helpful as well as Sam the valet. Tori and Lanee at the front desk helped me with a situation one early morning. “Valet was my favorite part of the stay”
Valet was amazing! So helpful and polite. Thank you for opening doors being pleasant and helping with all of our bags, we appreciate you! Hotel stay was not the greatest had no hot water at first and service was not the best.
