“Great stay at the Downtown Hilton Des Moines.”
My stay at the Downtown Hilton in Des Moines was very enjoyable. Trevor in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Olivia and Chris were super bartenders. Braeden was very helpful at check in and check out.

“It was a very positive experience.”
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient. The restaurant staff were kind and attentive to our needs. The assistant manager made us feel especially welcome.

“Definitely recommend!”
Sherman was a wonderful server who handled our large group very professionally. Nathan was kind enough to take our photo not once but twice. And Trevor was pleasant and we appreciated his hospitality. My meal was delicious. Was a very nice experience.

“Gracious service”
Sherman and Trevor facilitated my WELCA group to enjoy supper on a Saturday night. The food was served in a timely manner. Trevor and Sherman were very gracious and made us welcome. Food was excellent and filling. Nathan took group photos for us twice.

Cathy was the best server in the dining room at breakfast. Cathy served us She was attentive, friendly and made sure everything was just right.
