“Perfect location to the popular spots downtown.”
Great location downtown with friendly staff. Also the hotel is dog friendly with a couple of patches of grass just outside the front door (where guests & locals with dogs pick up their dogs's poo). “The place to stay at the UI.”
I am so happy to have a favorite comfortable location in Iowa City. Great location, easy parking, affordable price, clean comfortable rooms, great staff and the Vue restaurant. Just a great place to stay when visiting the University of Iowa.

“Good”
It was good. Stayed a couple nights cause of a potential snow storm coming in and of course we didn’t get squat snow wise. Cranked the heat as high as it would go in the room up to the 78 since it was bitterly cold out. Just wish the temp could be set higher. Bed was comfortable and shower was good… more

Seems to be a newer well cared for hotel. Nice sized rooms with a good design and very quiet. A few small issues they use the new occupant sensing thermostats so the temp can be a little inconsistent and they have constant fan locked out.
