“Very nice place in great location”
We enjoyed our stay at the Springwater Inn. The place is in a great location, near Cornell. Very easy to get around. The room was very clean and updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The Antler Inn restaurant just down the street was excellent too.

“Hidden gem!”
My husband and I always love staying here. It’s perfect for what we need close to Cornell. Easy parking no congestion away from downtown but close enough to get to in five minutes . “Newly Renovated Pet Friendly Motel near Ithaca”
The owners of the Rodeway Inn across town purchased this old motel and totally renovated all 22 rooms. It re-opened in May 2025 under the new name of Springwater Inn.
