“A great time at Harrahs KC”
Everyone here from , cleaning staff to check in , restaurants, casino floor attendant's ,everyone has been extremely friendly and very hospitable ! We plan to be back when ever we visit my son we have really enjoyed our stay

“Kansas City Tower hotel not great”
Was hoping to stay in Vegas tower because other reviews said it was nicer. Was told no rooms were available there upon checking.in and had to stay in Kansas City tower. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Big vanity in bathroom. Tub shower hard to get into with no grab bar. Only one chair t… more
