“Amazing customer service”
The hotel is clean and the staff are incredible. They were so kind and helpful. There is great space in the lobby to gather with a group of people.

Above average breakfast with quality choices. The bed was comfy & room layout nice, but the bathroom was very small/tight.

“Tornado Alley”
It was cool seeing my first twister here. I was hoping it would touch down, but it didn't. Instead, we got a cool double rainbow, and I introduced some people to that funny meme from yesteryear. “Hyatt Place”
Friendly staff, good breakfast, elevator broke on our second day, system down on checkout day, stairwell smelled like animal urine, room itself was clean

“"Okay" Hyatt Place”
Not the typical consistent quality of a Hyatt Place. However the room was in good shape. Breakfast was less than and not well maintained compared to many other HP locations.
