“Excellent 3 days!”
Had a wonderful time! Place was easy to get to, easy to park at, room was great, breakfast was excellent and on time. Very well lit and walking distance from downtown Bardstown. Special shout out to Lisa who took care of us each morning!

“Definitely booking here again”
Convenient location, room was sparkling clean and the staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Lisa in the Wheelhouse breakfast hall, she made sure everything was good and is very kind. I will book this location again on my next trip to Bardstown.

“4th time staying”
Clean room, the most important thing of all! 4th time staying here for a motorcycle reunion. The smell of Bourbon in the air makes it even better.

“Staff friendly, location great, rooms clean, breakfast excellent”
This hotel was close to several distilleries, which makes it a good choice. It had clean rooms with comfortable beds. But the breakfast was far better than some of the bigger named hotels. Staff super friendly with pleasant smiles and quick easy check in/out. Keep up the great work.

“Newly remodeled motel with a wonderful staff”
This motel has recently been remodeled and it shows. We have stayed at the General Nelson a number of times and always found the staff helpful and the facility a good value. Now that it is remodeled, it is even better. It is clean and comfortable.
