Long review ahead, but a good one! My family and I were heading to Bowling Green to eat at a restaurant called Javier's. This used to be a restaurant in Wisconsin and we loved going there, the owners decided to call Bowling Green their new home. As soon as they opened their restaurant, I knew we had to make a trip. We chose the Drury Inn and Suites because Drury hotels are the best. We were able to change one of our rooms to a king so that we could do a conjoined room with my parents, love that they were able to accommodate that for us and get a us a roll-away bed for my youngest. The rooms were very nicely laid out. I also loved that I couldn't really feel the water softener as much as you do in hotels sometimes or maybe they didn't need a softener, either way I was very happy about that. There were a lot of restaurants near the hotel as well as a Starbuck's and a Seven Brew. The hotel has a very nice pool that the older kids enjoyed. Loved the doors that were open by the pool area. Now we live about 7 hours away from this hotel, we left on a Saturday. We got about 4 hours away and I realized that I had left my diamond earrings in the hotel! I knew exactly where they were so I called the front desk immediately. I spoke to Hailey, she went up to the room I was staying in and found my earrings. She was so sweet and said that she'd put them aside for her manager to handle to shipping of the earrings. About 5 minutes later, my niece realized that she left her debit card in the room too! I called back and spoke to Hailey again, she said that someone had found the card in the hallway and brought it to the desk. She said that she'd put the card with my earrings. A few days after returning home, I called and spoke to the manager Kaylee, she got my earrings ready to ship and shipped them UPS which was amazing because I was able to track my order. My earrings and niece's debit card arrived and we were both very happy. I am so blessed that we stayed somewhere like Drury Inn & Suites and had the pleasure of speaking with such kind hearted employees. Hailey and Kaylee, thank you again so very much! 10 out of 10 experience from the start!
