“Pleased”
Safest place I've seen ever especially people video and new ai elevators. Staff were very pleasant, providing caring services. One staffer stood out made my day. Keep smiling and doing a leader role Jennifer Ares of Valet. 8/26

“Probably the best hotel in LA…”
Brilliant hotel in great location. Hunter on reception helped us so much with ideas to help me and my teenage kids. The Grammy museum is a must!! Next time in LA will be at the same hotel as for the cost cannot get better. Thank you!!

We love this hotel. We stay there when we go to Dodger games. The staff is always so superb.
