It's was a good stay days inn had real good customer service ..the breakfast was good to it was hot and on time. House keeping was also good

“Housekeeping needs serious improvement ”

We stayed here 3 nights only because we had some time to kill in between our transporting work and visit to our son in TN. The hotel staff is the only reason for 3 stars. We stayed here 3 nights only because we had some time to kill in between our transporting work and visit to our son in TN. The hotel staff is the only reason for 3 stars. Hotel desk clerk when we checked in on the evening of the 8th was very polite and friendly. All of the desk clerks were professional and friendly. The longer we stayed, the friendly they were. Sandy (not sure what her job is) was extremely friendly and helpful. She even folded our laundry for us when it was dry and we forgot about it until the front desk called to remind us. One negative was the cleanliness of the room. It appears they are remodeling several other rooms but, it’s no excuse for filth. That was what we felt the bathroom was - filthy! The walls were disgusting, as was the floor. We passed on the housekeeping for the three days but only because we didn’t feel it was worth the disruption. I did, however, want clean towels. I asked one housekeeper early in the morning. She must have forgotten. Then. I asked another and she even came by to clarify later that morning and she wrote it down when I first asked her. She didn’t bring any either. Then, the next morning I asked another and she never brought any either. I finally asked the front desk clerk that evening, explaining our situation of no one bringing them and when she checked to see if they had any in the office area, she brought me two washcloths. Better than nothing, I guess. But, I didn’t even ask for those. The next morning someone finally brought the towels on the last day we were there. It was not a matter of a language barrier. Either it was forgetfulness, not caring or just plain lazy I don’t know but, the entire housekeeping staff needs to be replaced for someone who takes pride in their work, I guess. They clearly just do as little as possible.

My husband and I have have stayed here several times, but this visit was by far the worst! The room had a bad smell, the carpet was wet in front of the sink. Was not able to switch rooms; therefore maintenance put towels down to soak up water. He tried to accommodate best he could, very nice and he… more

My husband and I have have stayed here several times, but this visit was by far the worst! The room had a bad smell, the carpet was wet in front of the sink. Was not able to switch rooms; therefore maintenance put towels down to soak up water. He tried to accommodate best he could, very nice and helpful. Will give them one more chance only if remodeled room is available.
