“Top notch”
Very fun casino, love the riverboat style. Don’t overlook this place in favor of the newer casinos in Shreveport. Horseshoe is my favorite in this area by a long shot and all the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I always feel very welcomed here from all the staff’s good vibes.

“Great times”
Everyone is friendly, respectful and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and as a loyal patron we get so many complimentary items( food, rooms, refreshments, shows and amenities) Extremely clean rooms. Bar, and adult pool with entertainment (bands) 21plus. Absolutely amazing fine dining!

Great if you love casino. Casino area smelt of smoke as people can, and they did . Can’t get into the room until 3, room very big but quite basic. We would not recommend if you don’t like a flutter
