Absolutely! Here’s a polished version that highlights the staff while keeping it warm and genuine: I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water and in the heart of everything. Whether you head left or right, you’re just steps away from incredible restaurants, shops, and attractions. What truly made our stay special, though, was the outstanding staff. Dawn greeted us with such genuine warmth and kindness from the moment we arrived. She took the time to tell us all about the area, shared fantastic recommendations, and you could immediately tell how much she loves both the hotel and the city. We followed several of her suggestions, and they ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. Ms. Jam was equally welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Between the amazing waterfront location and employees like Dawn and Ms. Jam who genuinely care about their guests, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Baltimore and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Let me start by saying, the staff is absolutely incredible! My room had a minor leak under the bathroom sink. I let Shatia at the front desk know and she went above and beyond to fix the issue. She was so kind and professional; as is all of the staff I had the pleasure to interact with. Robert at the front desk also assisted me with a late check out and was so helpful during my stay. In addition to the great front desk and valet staff, the location and views from the Canopy are wonderful! I loved looking out at the inner harbor from my room and walking along the harbor each morning. Such a wonderful experience overall! Without hesitation, if I find my travels taking me to Baltimore, I will be staying at the Canopy.

“Next time, Marriott”

The view from our room was magnificent...it all went down hill from there. The room was ordinary, Hampton Inn-ordinary. There was a single sink, with cramped toiletries' space. The shower was very nice, but the water pressure so low, you couldn't get a shower effect, let alone a "rain forest." … more

The view from our room was magnificent...it all went down hill from there. The room was ordinary, Hampton Inn-ordinary. There was a single sink, with cramped toiletries' space. The shower was very nice, but the water pressure so low, you couldn't get a shower effect, let alone a "rain forest." The furniture was pretty--stylish in a 1950s sort of way, but so uncomfortable that even sitting for a few moments to enjoy the sunset was soon too uncomfortable to continue. The "canopy" was an interesting gimmick, but used a foot of the limited space. Parking was a jaw-dropping $55 daily. Were we within walking distance of much of what we wanted to see? Yes. Did we play pool or sit by the roaring fireplace (yep, roaring fire, even when it was 98 degrees outside)? No. Were the people friendly? Yes. Were we looking for a bargain? No. Did we expect more? Yes. Would we do it again? No. No, we would not.
