“Wonderful Hotel Ambassador - Omaira”
I volunteered for the CIAA week in Baltimore and was greeting by a fantastic hotel ambassador named Omaira Gibbens. I did not know there was such a position, but she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you Holiday Inn and Omaira!!!

My visit was pleasant because of Omaria. She was very hospitable and displayed the best customer service that could be given. Even though there were other cons that this hotel had such as garage parking that was a little awkward, stained carpets, but Omaria was that pro that balances out this hotel… more
