“The people make it special”
We have been going to the Colonnade on a regular basis for over 2 years now. Our son plays football at Johns Hopkins. What makes the Colonnade truly special are the people. “Good room/bad shower”
No complaints about the service or room EXCEPT: the shower was dangerous - slippery floor and no grab bar! This was a law suit waiting to happen.

“Good location near JHU, aging hotel”
If you are visiting the Johns Hopkins University campus, this hotel has a great location. Good for families visiting their JHU students. The hotel is well located, but aging and not that well kept up. Bathrooms are very small even though our room was pretty large. Staff was friendly.
