“Close to restaurant”
Clean units. I hotel was plenty big enough for me Bathroom very large with a shower and spa Tub. Small balcony, which I shared with the next door vacant one bedroom unit Coffee maker leaked, but there was a 711 two minutes away for coffee

“Place is basic, but nice. Second floor units a not a good fit for seniors”
Second floor units would/are a challenge for seniors or mobility impaired. I would go again, 1st fl. Only.

Inside is fine, just a bit old. Office is closed on Sundays if you have non-emergency questions/needs.
