ALL the front desk person were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean. “Pretty satisfied.”

“Needs some work but very clean”
Room was nice and clean , the pull out couches mattress need replaced . House keeping carts are always setting in the way of the elevators and halls . It’s hard getting around the carts when carrying luggage. Had a great time that’s all that matters .

Room was okay, except temperature too cold or stuffy. Couldn’t set units right, it took a long time to get them right. Very noisy at night, mostly traffic noise and people passing through in hallway.
