I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, it was our very first time there, from the very beginning every thing went so smooth, I booked the hotel through third party but then called the hotel for a special request as we are a big family with 4 kids in 2 rooms so I asked for a high level room and to be near to each others, we were assigned as we requested for the rooms with 2 queen beds and sofa, that was couple of nights before arrival, when we arrived there we preferred to stay at the rooms with King Beds and sofa and we had our request applied, actually every one in this hotel is doing all his best to make you happy and help you with any thing you may need, starting from the front office desk , very helpful agents there, all of them are so friendly and nice, especial thanks to Chris (hope I remember correctly his name) he was really a great help for us, also rest of his team are very helpful, even after checkout whenever I ask for recommendation for any thing I need they all help explaining and showing me maps and how to go and what to do, I even asked about fishing rules there and they gave me great help for that. We had been accommodated in very nice rooms on the 5th floor, side ocean view. Rooms are very spacious, well furnished, seem to be recently renovated, have a cooking stove as well as microwave and coffee machine, very nice terrace as well to enjoy ocean view. House keeping staff are so nice and friendly, they always kept rooms so tidy and clean. Breakfast is so nice really there, all of us adults as well as kids loved the breakfast. Also hotel offer 24 hours juice, coffee , tea and hot chocolate at the reception area. I hope the hotel can have a bigger place for breakfast as some times it is hard to find a table. Also I would suggest to hotel managment if they can put the aircondition to higher level on the wall as it is directly next to the bed to the floor level which make the cold air coming out hits directly on any one sleeping on the bed, but this did not matter for us as we really loved every thing there and sure if I ever come back to Ocean City MD will go there again and again, but next time will make a direct booking with the hotel Unfortunately when we were there weather was not good, it was raining almost all time with a very strong wind so we could not enjoy the beach, but kids were so happy with the indoor pool , it is heated and very clean as well. this hotel is highly recommended for couples as well as for families with children
