What an incredible experience. I came back to this hotel after two decades, not knowing what to expect—and the moment I walked in, I recognized Brian H. It felt like seeing an old friend. Brian has the rare ability to make guests feel seen and valued. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality transformed my stay into something truly special. It’s not often that someone leaves such a lasting impression, but Brian did—20 years ago and again today. This visit reminded me why this hotel has always been one of my favorites. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Ocean City, Maryland, and it truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, but a special shoutout goes to Eric and Rob, who went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent amenities. I especially loved that there were two outdoor pools, each catering to a different vibe. One pool is perfect for families and younger guests, featuring fun water slides and activities, while the other offers a more relaxed atmosphere for adults, complete with a pool bar where you can unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze. I stayed in an oceanfront suite, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like I was right on the beach. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from my balcony was an experience I won’t forget. The suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a full kitchen, living area, and plenty of room to relax. From what I understand, all of the suites offer a similar layout, making this an excellent option for families, couples, or anyone looking for a little extra space during their vacation. If you’re planning a trip to Ocean City and want a beachfront hotel with outstanding service, great amenities, spacious accommodations, and unbeatable views, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites. I would definitely stay here again!

“Real beach vibes”

The location is unbelievable, right on boardwalk in walking distance to food and amusement park. The Coral Reef restaurant located on the lobby floor is the best . Servers Gabe, Paz and Mike will go above and beyond to make sure you are well accommodated

“Great Location but....”

We’ve stayed here several times — great location and very spacious rooms — but this visit was disappointing. The hotel is showing its age and cleanliness is lacking: hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, the room felt dated, and the lobby smelled of weed in the mornings. Fo… more

We’ve stayed here several times — great location and very spacious rooms — but this visit was disappointing. The hotel is showing its age and cleanliness is lacking: hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, the room felt dated, and the lobby smelled of weed in the mornings. For the nightly price, you’d expect better upkeep. We’ll likely stay at the Hilton next time.
