This hotel is in desperate need of updates. The front desk staff was very friendly. But the hotel itself is just sad. And the rate of almost $300 for one night is literal highway robbery. It smells bad in our room, all the furniture is broken. There are stains on the walls and the sheets. There are stains on the bathroom walls, which I think might be mold. The bathtub is chipped and moldy. If all rooms in the area weren’t sold out we would be gone. We stay at Hilton properties all of the time for sports tournaments and family trips and this is by far the worst room I have seen.

“Underwhelming visit.”

Underwhelming visit - 4 days. We picked this hotel because of the location, close to Annapolis, friends, and family. The 'suite' (King bed with fridge and microwave oven - Room 524) was very small. Underwhelming visit - 4 days. We picked this hotel because of the location, close to Annapolis, friends, and family. The 'suite' (King bed with fridge and microwave oven - Room 524) was very small. Few shelves in the bathroom. The tiny 'closet' consisted of just a few hangers hanging on the wall with a drape covering them. One of the hanger hooks was missing from the wall. Plenty of hot water. A/C worked OK. The 'complimentary/free' breakfast was just adequate, but they ran out of eggs at 9:30 one morning even though breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 a.m. The "orange juice" was watered down, the coffee was weak. Green bananas were offered one morning, but no bananas after that. How am I supposed to eat my generic fake Cheerios without a banana?????? Bring your own Charmin - the toilet paper is so thin you can actually see through it. Bring your own nightlight - it's pretty dark - but the microwave oven can serve as a nightlight if you open the door slightly. The cleaning staff was great - the room was well taken care of. Maybe because we tip the maids every morning? The computer chairs in the 'business center' were broken. When you sit in them, they drop down to the floor and they can't be raised because the hydraulics are broken. But, the computers functioned OK and the printer had paper for me to print my boarding passes. The elevator nearest to the front desk needed repair - it 'shakes, rattles and rolls' with thumping noises while moving and one of the railings was hanging off the wall. They put up a sign "do not sit on railing". The other elevator worked properly. Staff was efficient but not particularly friendly - not one smile during our 4 days there. Kind of a funeral atmosphere. I reported all these problems to the management, and their reply was 'sorry for the inconvenience.' But, they didn't try to repair or rectify the situations in any way. We've had much better experiences at other Hamptons in Maryland (e.g. Timonium). This place screams 'cheap'. Apparently, each Hampton is independently owned - these owners have a lot to learn. No plans to return here.

Having stayed in Hilton properties hundreds of times, I was surprised this was rated a 4 star. Fine and functional hotel, but in my mind not a 4 star. Just had a 2 night stay 9/25-27 with my wife and expected more. This hotel is in Parole, MD (5 miles to Annapolis) and in a fairly shady area if you’re buying some travel essentials (beer/soda, etc. Was quite expensive too. For the bulk of the stay only one elevator worked, pretty much zero in the “refreshment center” to buy soda and other things. Hotel also needs a major renovation and upgrade. Front desk folks were very helpful throughout our stay which was nice.

August 6-9, 2025 OK where should I begin first off I always loved hilton brand hotels never had an issue, I didnt have an issue at this hotel either but just a few icks. Sooo, anyway there is no possible way we should be paying for parking especially since we are in the middle of nowhere its not like we are near the docks or the downtown area, we are surrounded by condos and townhomes and other hotels, so parking should be free i looked at other hotels near the ports and downtown area and they are charging like $35/per night for parking, i mean the $10/per day you charge is not alot but it should be free. Okkk and now the carpet and bathrooms in my hotel room and probably all the rooms need to be redone, i wish i would of took pictures of the walls they were ripping apart and it looked like mold coming thru the walls and the carpet was very dirty and outdated, matter of fact the entire 2nd floor needs to be redone...Okkk now ive stayed at over 200 hotels in my lifetime and not once did we ever have to request towels for the room as soon we enter the room, rooms on most always have at least 4 big towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths..why there was none in our room at all...Okkk lets see yes your pet friendly but also i definitely should not be paying $100 just so my dog can stay here, its not like yall walk the damn dog or give him treats or a bed to sleep in as soon as we check in...see this where you guys are backwards now the other hotels near the docks and the downtown area where i originally wanted to stay only charge $75 for dogs and $35/night for parking which is undrstandable..but you charge $100 for pets and $10/day for parking you need to lower your prices and pets and no fee for parking especially since your rooms are so damn outdated... You also need to update your kitchen as well, how is it only 1 knife, 5 spoons and no forks in the drawer and 2 cups, 2 plates, no bowls like is your staff really slacking on restocking the rooms or did somebody just get fired and didnt care to restock the room properly, you need to do better you guys are representing the hilton brand but this hotel here is really slacking bad..If it wasnt for your exceptional nice staff at the front desk, i definitely would of gave you guys a lower rating..
