“Moderate Stay”

Very nice staff, had a couple issues with my initial room however the issue was correct and moved rooms immediately. Stayed for 3 nights, and everything else was fine. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the rooms and property were very clean. I would return for sure.

“Good Experience at Low Cost”

Pretty Clean except air unit vents were dirty with mildew looking spots. No bugs or concerning stains anywhere. Good breakfast. Washer and Dryer were available. Washed and Dried 1 load $7.00. Good location near Fort Meade, Bass Pro Shops and Walmart. We would stay here again.

“Hot water issue.”

This is a Hampton Inn with issues. Wallpaper is literally falling off the walls in hallways. When I arrived my digital key did not work. Got a key card so I didn’t even try digital again after that. This is a Hampton Inn with issues. Wallpaper is literally falling off the walls in hallways. When I arrived my digital key did not work. Got a key card so I didn’t even try digital again after that. Shower has next to no hot water. Cool Lukewarm at best. Breakfast was OK but seating is an issue at this hotel. The morning I’m checking out, housekeeping is cleaning the room next to me. I had the ‘“do not disturb” sign on my door but she bangs on my door anyway. I open the door and in broken English she asked me something I did not understand. I said I’m checking out but later not yet. This was 3 hours before check out time! Overpriced for what you get. I’ll try the Marriott next time.

… and this one wasn’t great. We entered the hotel and nobody was at the front desk, so we waited until someone showed up. We had already checked in and had a digital key, but also wanted a key card. When we entered our room (in this non-smoking hotel) it smelled of marijuana. The cleaning crew should have picked up on it after the room’s last use. I returned to the front desk and we were given a different room on the same floor. The new room was fine but the furniture and furnishings were past their prime and in need of replacement. Some veneer on most of the furniture was cracked, chipped, or missing. The seal between the window panes had long given way and it was useless to try and look out the window. The room wasn’t as sound proof as some other hotels I’ve stayed at. The hallways and public areas appeared to be fairly well maintained. While there was free internet, the speeds were very slow by today’s standards; about 5Mbps download. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn; adequate at best, but nothing special. The breakfast dining area is smaller than other Hampton Inns with the majority of seating in three long tables. The seating around the edges is very close together. During the busier breakfast periods seating is at a premium. The cost of the room was in line with every other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Excluding the first impression and cosmetic issues, we had a pleasant and comfortable 3-night stay.
