Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Arundel Mills turned out to be such a genuinely pleasant experience, and so much of that comes from the people and the atmosphere they’ve created. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean — not just surface‑level tidy, but truly spotless in a way that shows real pride and attention to detail. The housekeeping team deserves major recognition. They are meticulous. Even the ceilings were clean, which is something you don’t notice unless it’s done really well. They even added the little toilet‑paper fold, which might seem small, but it says a lot about the care they put into every room. The ambiance of the hotel is another standout. It has a calm, upscale feel — quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The surrounding area feels high‑end and peaceful and being just a short walk from the casino is a huge bonus. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Breakfast was also a highlight. For the price we paid, having a good, hearty meal in the morning made the stay feel like an even better value. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to walk away from a hotel breakfast actually impressed, but we did. The customer service throughout our stay was genuinely wonderful. On our first night, we had a small issue with our door key from the outside. The young gentleman working late that evening wasn’t able to resolve the issue himself, but what stood out was how he took the time to talk with us. That simple, genuine conversation made us feel welcomed and cared for — sometimes it’s those small human moments that make a place feel warm. We also ended up needing an extra night — completely unplanned — and Meghan (or Megan) at the front desk really took care of us. She worked with us to get a great deal for the second night and made sure we were comfortable. When we mentioned that the elevator didn’t feel safe to use, she immediately moved us to a first‑floor room for the following night. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, and we were so grateful. It’s the kind of proactive, sincere service that makes you feel like the staff truly cares about your experience. The only thing that needs attention is the elevator. The one time we used it, it made some concerning noises, so we chose the stairs afterward. The staff reassured us that it was scheduled for repair and based on how attentive they are in every other area, we believe it’ll be addressed soon. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. Between the spotless rooms, the great breakfast, the warm ambiance, and the genuinely caring staff, this hotel delivers a stay that feels comfortable, personal, and worth returning to. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed, looked after, and appreciated — and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.

I want to send a big THANK YOU to Jonathan at Hampton Inn Arundel Mills/Baltimore. After a stressful day of flight cancellations and working from my hotel room, I went downstairs to the hotel pantry in hopes of finding a small bottle of wine to buy. Unfortunately there was none. Jonathan and his colleague at the front desk asked if they could help me, and after I told them what I was looking for Jonathan sprang into action! Five minutes later he walked in with a bottle of wine from the local store! He must have sensed how badly in need I was. Jonathan went above and beyond and that just doesn’t happen often these days. I’m very impressed and Hampton Inn should be proud to have such a dedicated employee on staff. Well done!

“Holiday Getaway”

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and it was conveniently located to Arundel Mills Mall, the casino and other area attractions. I had no problems on my stay and when in the area, I will remember to choose this location again.

“Moderate Stay”

Very nice staff, had a couple issues with my initial room however the issue was correct and moved rooms immediately. Stayed for 3 nights, and everything else was fine. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the rooms and property were very clean. I would return for sure.
