My friend and I were in town in June for the Nick Jonas concert at The Hall at Live! Casino in Hanover. We flew in from out of town to attend this show, and did not rent a car, so it was imperative we stayed somewhere close enough to the show. We called ahead of time to find out the details for the shuttle service (they offer a shuttle to and from the BWI airport, the casino, mall, etc, which they share with the neighboring Fairfield Marriott). Due to a misunderstanding, we did not realize our flight arrival was not during shuttle hours. When we called the hotel, we spoke to Diamond at the front desk. She was apologetic for the misunderstanding and guide us to take an Uber. The Uber was so easy as it is only a 15 minute drive. This was very direct and cost only $15 before tip! Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted in person by Diamond who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. She immediately upgraded our room to a quiet location at the end of a hall on a higher floor. She also went out of her way to ensure we would be able to take the shuttle to and from the concert venue that evening. She even called the driver to ensure he could pick us up after the show at a specific time. The room was newly renovated, as advertised! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and CLEAN! My only slight complaint was the intake vent in the ceiling was rattling which was a little annoying when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise a 5 star stay! If you are ever in the area looking for a place to stay that is convenient to the BWI airport, I would highly recommend Home2! Diamond is unbelievable and she definitely found her area to shine in the hospitality industry! She is one of the best in the business by far, and I’ve stayed at many 5 start resorts around the world!

After researching rates & comparing hotels in the area on trip advisor and here, this location is THE BEST for all. I came with my family but I could see just staying here with adults. I must start by saying that the young lady at the front desk for check in is very helpful and friendly. As is the young lady in the morning at check out. And the gentleman who was at the desk around 4pm is funny, friendly and very welcoming as well. And even ran into their handyman and he was kind enough push elevator button when he saw we were approaching and even held elevator door for us. This service was definitely above and beyond. Hilton standard and then some. We were able to try their pool and wow! Perfectly warm and a clean area. You do need to check in with front desk so they can let you in, but I loved their reasoning for it. They want to be sure that kids aren't going in unattended. Me, my boyfriend and toddler had a great time in there. We also enjoyed their breakfast on Sunday morning and the choices were endless and all were tasty (please don't change a thing). Really enjoyed the real food as opposed to just pastries or sandwiches like lower star rated hotels serve. The kitchen staff never let anything run out. They stayed on top of things and they communicated well with one another as well as the morning guests. My family enjoyed eating it all, except for the waffles. But we just weren't feeling like waffles that morning. Spacious eating area with tables, booths and high tops. And outlets galore so you could get work done or just charge up devices. The rooms are unbelievably spacious, clean, smells fresh and well stocked. They don't have a sponge and dish soap but i'm sure front desk can give you some on request. we just opted to using their dishwasher, which they do supply dish pod for. And last but not least, parking. The parking lot was always easy to find a spot in. And we came and went throughout the day and night. They do charge a small fee of $5, but I assume it's to help cut down on people trying to park there and then uber to the airport. or maybe they don't own the lot and have to pay rental fee to whomever does. Either way, it's worth it.

We spent four nights here while visiting my son who lives in the area. This wasn’t our first time here, but it had been several years. That was a good experience so we decided to stay here again and it was a great decision. There are a lot of hotels in the area so there’s plenty of competition. It’s conveniently located to the Arundel Mills mall but, more importantly for us, it’s convenient to where our son lives. The hotel is clean, well kept, up-to-date and we always felt very safe there. Everything in the room worked and there were plenty of USB outlets for charging our various electronic devices. The Wi-Fi worked well with good coverage throughout the hotel. We took advantage of the included breakfast every morning. and The selection was good and changed up every day. What I think sets this hotel apart is the lady that manages it. She was there every morning greeting everyone while she was working to make sure that the breakfast items were refilled as they ran out so that people didn’t have to wait. It was obvious to me that she is one of those managers that leads by doing and not just telling other people what to do. Based on my decades of experience in the business world, those kind of folks are hard to find. I even heard from someone else at breakfast one morning that she had opened the breakfast service an hour early just to accommodate a bunch of girls that had to leave early for a soccer tournament. That’s the kind of service that is all too rare. I don’t know when we’ll be back to the area. But I do know that when we do return will be staying at this property.
