“Great stay”
My experience from check in to check out was amazing everything was taken care of . Michael the front desk agent was phenomenal. The housekeeping staff and the cleaners were always on point.

“Interesting Stay”
Overall the hotel experience was good. The only issue was waking up to no hot water. They did end up fixing it as it was a hotel wide issue on that day. “cleanliness need improvement”
Bathroom walls were very dirty, called reception on the first night to get extra towels and they never picked up the phone. There were candy and contact lenses by the bed from previous guests. The smell of cigarettes in the reception elevators areas is unbearable!
