“Great hotel!”
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the accommodations were top notch. The location was perfect for walking around Boston.

“Excellent location for shoppers and ballet lovers”
I come to Boston for the ballet and shopping and the Hyatt is literally just opposite the theatre so it's location is perfect also it has it's own entrance to Macy's so if it is raining or snowing you don't have to worry you just walk through. “Nice stay, walking distance to the Opera house was great & on site parking was great!”
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It truly made for a very nice and relaxing experience. Walking distance to the Opera house was great and on site parking. We would happily stay again!

Great location- in the heart of Boston. Quick walk to the metro train. For the most part, hotel was decent, but it did not give 4 stars. Friendly staff.
