“Awesome”
Great resort everyone was extremely friendly. Perfect and very beautiful location.Very close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and the ship terminals

Quiet and charming resort tucked in near the bay at West Yarmouth. Even though there was a bit of a mix up on check out day (probably my fault honestly), the manager and staff were very friendly. This location was great for us as we visited Martha’s Vineyard, Cape cod National seashore and Nantucket. Close to the ferries. Plenty of options for restaurants and stores. The unit was very clean. “We love Colonial Acres”
Our 2 bedroom was very cute and comfortable. We have returned many times! We especially love the enclosed pool, and the beach with a few of the ships coming in and out of Lewis Bay.
